Returns

Unused product in original condition can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date (as indicated by carrier tracking information). Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Upon receipt of product by Naked Grips, LLC, and satisfactory review of its condition, i.e. unused, no missing finish tape, etc., the order will be refunded.

Exchanges

To begin a return/exchange, please contact us at touchbase@nakedgrips.com and we will provide you with the requisite information we need to get things rolling.

Return shipping on exchanges is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Upon receipt of product by Naked Grips, LLC, and satisfactory review of its condition, i.e. unused, Naked Grips will ship the exchanged-for item out at our expense on a one-time basis. All shipping costs on any further exchanges is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

APPAREL:

Apparel items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of the order. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. If you wish to return/exchange a clothing item please email us at touchbase@nakedgrips.com and we will provide you with the requisite information needed to begin the return process.
