DEALER POLICIES:

No selling through 3rd party channels; eg Amazon, Ebay, Sideline Swap, etc.
FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) is prohibited.
No reselling to other sales reps/distributors without express, written preauthorization
Dealer must provide Naked Grips, LLC with valid retail sales tax exemption certificate and remit any and all applicable state and local taxes in respective jurisdiction(s), including traveling sales beyond Dealer's home jurisdiction
Shipping is to be charged on online direct-to-consumer orders
Any violation of MAP will be deemed cause for termination of dealer relationship.
No bundling, buy one get one (BOGO) permitted
MAP subject to change at any time with or without notification at Naked Grips' sole discretion.
Resale in foreign jurisdictions outside of dealer's domestic market is prohibited
Naked Grips, LLC reserves the right to terminate any dealer relationship at any time, with our without notice, at its sole discretion
